| ちらし寿司のお弁当 Chirashisushi Obento |
ちらし寿司美味しく好きです。今日ちらし寿司を作りました。
寿司飯（酢飯）の上海老、菜の花、桜でんぶ、蓮、かまぼこにあります。
大きいお弁当ですね？笑。 朝食と夕食のためです。
This is my final Hiramatsuri bento for this year. Unfortunately, as I would not have time to cook on Saturday, the actual day of Hinamasturi festival (Doll's festival).
I hope you are not tired of seeing my Hinamatsuri theme bentos. Here is Chirashisushi obento, literal translation is scattered sushi.
It is vinegar sushi rice with delicious chopped ingredients, and topped with; yes, like the name, is a scatter of variety of ingredients (varies depending on which part of Japan). For mine, I simply place things I could find in my fridge. Hehe.
By the way, this big bento is for both my lunch and dinner :P Cause I will be running around and out the whole day.
