先生は茂子さんです。茂子さんはとってもチャーミングでしかもパン作りがすごく上手で感動しました。
2種類のパンを習いました。抹茶とホワイトチョコのパンとチョコマーブルのパンです。とても美味しい。レシピはいいし、簡単でした。すばらしい!レッスンの料金はとてもそれなりのお値段です。ありがとう~

チョコマーブルのパン Japanese Chocolate Marble Bread |
The school, Plus Mamann is managed by the most amazing teacher, Shigeko-san. She is such a kind and charming lady, and definitely super pro in making japanese breads.
I had a one-to-one lesson with her (lesson fees was only 6000 yen for 2 breads, a really very reasonable fee), and I was lucky to learnt 2 delicious Japanese bread recipes. One was Japanese green tea bread with white chocolate chips, the other was Japanese marble chocolate bread.
Both were equally delicious. The chocolate marble bread required slightly more steps in making. The breads were really soft and chewy texture, just like those I find in Japanese bakeries. Super love! and Happy!
