キャラベンの内容と材料は：
- のり、チーズ、紫色のサツマイモ、薄焼き卵、お花のふりかけ、ハム（キリン）
- パスタサラダ、卵、レタス、人参、 紫色のサツマイモ 、ハム、枝豆、照り焼きチキン、いちご、パイナップル

I simply used my doggy cutter, rotated it 90 degrees and it becomes the giraffe's basic shape :D Learnt this from several long time Japanese bento makers like Akinoichigo-san and Juru-san.
The contents and ingredients are:
- Giraffe (seaweed, cheese, purple sweet potato, ham, flower food topping, thin egg omelette)
- pasta salad, scrambled egg, lettuce, carrots, purple sweet potato, ham, edamame beans, teriyaki chicken cubes, strawberries, pineapple.
