今日又飾り巻き寿司を作っています。飾り巻き寿司作りのがもっと練習をしたから、むずかしくなくなりました。よかったですね。
トトロの巻き寿司のキャラベンを紹介します。黒いご飯はごま、ひじき、かんぴょうを使いました。

| Totoro kazari maki sushi |
I think with more practice, deco maki sushi rolls (kazarimaki sushi) is not as difficult as before. :) phew~
Hope you like my Totoro kyaraben today featuring the totoro maki sushi! The 'black' rice is colored naturally with black sesame, hijiki seaweed and kanpyo (seasoned gourd slices).
