I made Penguin deco sushi roll today for my bento. Sorry, it is my first attempt at Penguin Kazarimaki Sushi, so its not really good. The mouth is a little tilted. LOL~~
For this Penguin Bento, I also made Octopus character from red sausages and added a star shaped kamaboko (fish cake) for the marine theme :)
The Penguin deco sushi is made from sushi rice, seaweed, grounded black sesame, hijiki seaweed, kanpyo, tamagoyaki.
Aside from the fun in making the Penguin Bento, today is a special day as the [Oh! Bento] book is out on sale! A book by author Kiko Matsumoto, it is a collection of many wonderful bento creations by contributors at the Oh! Bento Labo facebook page.
