皆様、こんにちは。
そぼろ丼がすきですか？日本料理において、お弁当材料のひとつです。美味しいそう～
今日の昼食は三色そぼろのキャラ弁を作りました。にんじん、ひじきやとまとがを添えて。
三色そぼろのキャラベの内容は：豚挽き肉、卵、インゲンです。

| Hello Kitty and Friends Kyaraben |
One of my favorite ingredients in bento is soboro. In Japanese, it literally means 'minced'.
The common ingredients is minced meat (chicken, pork, fish etc) cooked with shoyu, mirin, sugar and ginger; and minced egg (think omelette more minced style). It is very yummy!
Made myself a tri-colour soboro kyaraben today. Soboro ingredients were minced pork, sweet french beans and egg. It is served with additional tomato, carrots and hijiki at the side.
The characters are Hello Kitty, Tiny Chum and Cathy the bunny :D
