They are sold at bakeries, convenient stores and cafes! I was already very content with the ones I found at convenient stores. Nom nom....
I think I ate like 4 egg sandwiches in the week I was in Tokyo :P
I decided to make my own egg mayonaise sandwich bento today! Of course with a character as well.
日本の旅行で、美味しくすごい卵サンドを食べました。嬉しかったです～～ コンビニの卵サンドはもう美味しかったんです。
今度おいしい卵サンドを作ってみました。

| Totoro Egg Sandwich Bento |
I molded the Totoro using mashed potato. I love the white chibi-totoro the most :P hehe. Colors were added using Wilton food color gels. The leaves were cut freehand from green egg sheet.
今日はトトロの卵サンドキャラベンですよ。ぶどう、チェリートマト、レタスを添いました。マッシュポテトを使って、大トトロ、中トトロ、チビトトロを全部作りました。かわいいね～
