今日は忙しいです。早くお仕事に行かなければならなります。だから、簡単のお弁当しか作らないんです。
桜の稲荷お弁当ですよ。ポートベロマッシュルームのソテーがを添えて。
Have to go for a work event this morning and didnt have much time to prepare my bento today. So could only make a simple bento today. Introducing sakura inari (aburaage) bento.
Aburaage is deep fried tofu pockets, quite often used in bento, sushi and other japanese dishes.
It is served with sauteed portobello mushroom, which was just lightly pan-grill with a dash and salt and pepper.
