While I receive requests to review and look at new bento boxes, I must say that this OmieBox is quite different from what I see on the market. A lot of thought and effort has been put into designing this kid friendly lunch box.
Personally I do not own similar compartmentalised 'laptop' lunch boxes, as I am usually more attracted to the traditional Japanese and kawaii type of lunch boxes. I call such boxes 'laptop' lunch box as they are usually flat, broad, squarish or rectangularish and you can literally imagine placing on your lap and eating the lunch box.

First I love OmieBox's brillant colors and the sleek design. What makes it more cool is that the lunchbox has a built in insulated bowl. So it can be a hot and cold food all-in-one box. The remaing compartments are also leak proof.
Additionally, the OmieBox is BPA-free, phthalate-free plastic and dishwasher safe.
