今日ははじめて和菓子を作ってみました。とても楽しかった、けどちょっと難しかったんです。
白玉と白あん生地で作って、春らしいのカラーに染めて、和菓子に見立てました。山崎彩さんの本を参考にします。

| Kawaii Japanese Sweets・Wagashi |
This morning, The Man had his friends over to play mahjong and I got woken up at 4am, so I decided to try out the recipe.
It looks simple but was actually quite difficult as the wagashi dough is very delicate. It was a lot of fun though! :D Please pardon as it is my first attempt making Japanese wagashi.
