| ピカチュウ・ポケモンのキャラベン Pikachu Pokemon Bento |
キャラクターの部分
ピカチュウ （薄焼き卵、人参、海苔）
おかず：手羽先焼き、ソテーブロッコリー、蒸し紫ジャガイモ、レタス 、 鮭フレーク。
A friend of mine requested that I try making Pokemon bento. So today, I made Pikachu bento today. Pikachu is made from thin egg omelette, carrots and seaweed.
I first draw the Pikachu character on baking sheet, then cut the various parts out. Placing them over the thing egg omelette, I use a small scissors and trace/cut out the parts. The cheeks and mouth and highlights on the tail is made from carrots. While the black tips of the ears and its eyes is made from seaweed.
The side dishes are grilled chicken wings, sautéed broccoli, steamed purple potato, lettuce, salmon flakes.
