Made the pair of a boy and a girl celebrating Singapore's National Day. The side dishes were spicy grilled chicken, french beans with homemade sesame dressing, carrot, lettuce, ham.
The ingredients for the characters were
Boy (rice, soy sauce, seaweed, crabstick, ham)
Girl (rice, soy sauce, seaweed, crabstick)
Merlion (japanese fish cake, seaweed)

変ですか？笑～
I used a small scissors to sort of cut and carve out the Merlion. Though I think the end result looked a little weird, I think the mouth part was too small. :P

I also made and used my own Singapore flag bento picks! This is actually in preparation for a corporate class I am teaching tomorrow. Where the participants are going to get to make their own National Day Theme bento! Woo hoo~~ :D
