Honestly, am never quite a artisan bread or baquette person. Prefer Japanese bakeries over french style ones. I like how the Japanese bread stays so soft even when eaten on the next day! :)
Have been trying to learn new bread recipes and recreate it at home :) Made some of these japanese bread based on a recipe I learnt from a Japanese teacher in Japan.
Been tweaking slightly to vary the flavours :) I think I might go back to learn a couple more recipes from her if time allows in my October trip to Japan.

いろいろなパンレシピをしてみました。今度のレシピは日本で習いました。簡単なのに、美味しかったです。
