I also made the little yellow fish - Flounder! Flounder was the bright yellow fish, and was Ariel's best friend :)
This was one of my favorite animation when I was younger. I am sure for some of you too? :") The title song from The Little Mermaid kept ringing in my head this morning while I was making the bento. :P

リトル·マーメイドのアニメは人魚のアリエルが有名です。フランダーは人魚のアリエルの親友です。アニメは面白かったんです。

The side dishes were grilled shio-saba, spicy lotus root and carrots, sweet soy bean curd and mushrooms, grilled sweet potato, blanched baby corn and french beans.
Ingredients for the characters were
Ariel the Little Mermaid
- Red colored egg sheet 'hair'
- Seaweed 'facial features'
- Pink kamaboko 'cheeks'
- Rice with some teriyaki sauce 'head and body'
- Green-colored thin egg sheet 'mermaid tail'
- Mashed purple sweet potato 'seashell bustier'
Flounder the yellow fish
- Quail egg 'body'
- Seaweed 'features and strips'
- Mashed purple sweet potato 'fin'
おかずは：塩さば、辛いレンコンとニンジン、甘い醤油豆腐とキノコ、コーン、サヤマメ、レタス、紫サツマイモ。
キャラクターの部分：
人魚のアリエル
- 赤色の薄焼き卵
- 海苔
- ピンクかまぼこ
- 飯と醤油
- 緑色の薄焼き卵
- 紫サツマイモ
フランダー
- ウズラの卵
