| Christmas Santa Bento |
For this bento, I made this quail eggs Santa and reindeer pair packed with pasta and sides. They were made out of quail eggs! After my earlier Matryoshka Doll bento, I wanted to experiment again with using quail eggs to create bento characters.

The ingredients for the characters included:
- Santa (quail egg, red food coloring, hanpen for the bread and hat, seaweed for features, carrot for nose, egg for belt, arare for buttons and top of hat)
- Reindeer (quail egg, dark soy sauce, red-colored egg for nose, carrots for antlers, seaweed for features
- Xmas tree (romanian broccoli)
