I made these cute little babies using shiratamako (Japanese glutinous rice flour), boiled them into mochi dumplings (deco tang yuan). I then packed them together with some matcha pudding for my bento this morning.
They actually looked better yesterday cause I made and boiled them last night. I had to keep them soaked in small bowl of water so that they would not harden overnight before I packed them in today.

My best friend gave birth to her baby girl Emma. I am like so super super happy for her and baby Emma is like the sweetest thing ever. Visited my friend yesterday at the hospital and got to see baby Emma too! Happy!!!!!
Welcome baby Emma, when you grow older, Auntie Shirley here will make you bento!
