It has been some time that I made Hello Kitty Bento. Definitely inspired by the super duper kawaii and cute Hello Kitty tofu squares while I found while shopping at AEON supermarket in Hong Kong.

Today's Hello Kitty bento side dishes were pan fry chicken breast with BBQ sauce and paired with fresh mango, sauteed french beans with mushroom, Hello Kitty tofu squares and lettuce.
The ingredients for Hello Kitty included: rice, crabstick, pink sushi mix, seaweed, dried mango slice. (I was too lazy to make thin egg sheet for the nose and did not have any corn kernels, so I used dried mango slice for the nose :P)
