Transformers Bento! Tried to make Optimus Prime in my bento today - hahah I think I can do better, but I do like the look of the fist. It does look like the Transformers is fighting and punching right? Heh
The hardest part for today's Transformers Bento was Optimus Prime's eyes. But I think I managed okay.
Just watched Transformers 4: Age of Extinction over the weekend!! Super Awesome!
Prior to the journety to the movie theatres, I had thought that I would be making Bumblebee in today's bento, but Optimus Prime was way too cool! Super cool! I just had to try making this Optimus Prime Transformers Bento!

Don't you just love Optimus Prime's new look in Transformers 4?
I must say that I amazed myself sometimes at how much I enjoy some of these so-called boys/mens-type of movies, such as Transformers, X-men, Lord of the Rings, Hobbit etc. :P
The blue/red parts of Optimus Prime transformers was thin egg sheet, I simply added red coloring to the yolks and blue coloring to the whites. Then I pour them into the pan and use a chopstick to make swirls before cooking. Kind of like making marble cakes if you know what I mean.
The other ingredients for Optimus Prime included: rice, ground black sesame, seaweed. For the eyes, I made it using rice, seaweed and edible pen.
The side dishes included baked chicken wings, sauteed beans and sauteed tofu with lotus roots and carrots.
